Méthodes de détection de la COVID-19 .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the different methods of detection of COVID-19 in Algeria, the study has shown that thanks to the molecular biology test RT-PCR it is possible to make a diagnosis early enough and reliable for the search for Viral RNA in a nasopharyngeal sample, as well as with the same type of sample, the antigen test makes it possible to detect the presence of proteins associated with the virus with easy and rapid use, and the serological test searches for the presence of antibodies directed against the virus therefore it shows the body's response to the virus with a blood sample.
