Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: واقع عملية انتقاء السباحين الناشئين 12-9 سنة تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على حقيقة الانتقاء الرياضي و اسسه في الجمعيات و النوادي الرياضية وتبيان القواعد و النظريات المضبوطة في عملية الانتقاء و تم تسليط الضوء على الطرق و الاساليب المستعملة في الانتقاء الرياضي . اما العينة التي اخترت العمل معها هي مجموعة من المدربين في مجال السباحة في مسابح ولاية مستغانم و تمثل عددهم في 21 مدرب اي بنسبة 20بلمئة من مدربي الولاية و استخدمت في دراستي التطبيقية الاستبيان و كانت اهم النتائج المتحصل عليها ان معظم المدربين عملية الانتقاء لديهم لا تخضع لاسس مقننة و مضبوطة كما يجب . و عليه اوصي باتباع طرق و اسس علمية صحيحة و مضبوطة لانتقاء الفئات الناشئة في السباحة و كذا لرفع مستوى النجاح في مجال الرياضة عامة و السباحة خاصة . الكلمات المفتاحية:انتقاء، السباحين، الناشئين Study Summary The Reality of Selecting Young Swimmers Aged 9-12 The study aims to understand the true nature of athletic selection and its principles in sports associations and clubs. It seeks to clarify the established rules and theories involved in the selection process and to highlight the methods and techniques used in athletic selection. The sample chosen for this study consisted of a group of swimming coaches in the swimming pools of the Mostaganem province, comprising 21 coaches, which represents 20% of the coaches in the province. The study employed a questionnaire for data collection. The most important findings revealed that the selection process carried out by most coaches does not adhere to convincing and established principles as it should. Therefore, the study recommends following correct and precise scientific methods and principles for selecting young swimmers to enhance the success level in sports in general and swimming in particular.
