The purpose of this project graduation is to take knowledge of a technique of artificial reproduction in catfish (Clarias gariepinus), localized strictly native species in the southern region of the country. The method of induced spawning using the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) on spawning of C. gariepinus from a natural environment Oued Azarif Valley Ihrir Wilaya Illizi was applied with success. Adequate latency to strip the females is between eleven and fifteen hours. A dose of HCG (4 IU / g) is sufficient to accelerate oocyte maturation in females. The sacrifice of a male subject has given a significant amount of sperm in the semen have been kept in the physiological water for four hours and Egg incubation was conducted in good thermal conditions and oxygenation water, and the results of hatching encourage the production of large-scale fry to decrease the import of fry detrimental to the economy.en_US
