Abstract

The maritime labor contract remains a specific contract characterized by its maritime character, because the profession of the Marin is a harsh profession because of the conditions of work and the specific risks that are faced, during the performance of his work. Given this specificity international bodies have given to this type of contract A importance special place, either at national level or the Algerian legislature has derogated from the application of the Act 90/11 containing the labor relations in this type of contract and has planned a special regulation, namely Executive Decree No. 05/102 specific to the qualitative system of labor relations of the employees of the crews of ships of Maritime transport commercial or fishing.
