دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، وتوضيح الدور الذي تلعبه الرقمنة للارتقاء بالخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسات الصحية، وذلك من خلال معرفة أثرها على الخدمات الصحية بأبعادها (المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات التقنية، المتطلبات البشرية، المتطلبات المالية) في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية عشعاشة وكذا أهم العراقيل التي تواجه استخدام الرقمنة في القطاع الصحي. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتناسبه مع إشكالية الدراسة، كما استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية الموجهة إلى الموظفين على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية عشعاشة، وأخذنا عينة قدرت بـ 50 موظفا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير فعال لرقمنة القطاع الصحي على تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية عشعاشة. This study aims to explore the extent to which digitalization contributes to improving the quality of healthcare services and to clarify the role it plays in enhancing healthcare services within health institutions. The focus is on understanding its impact on healthcare services through various dimensions (administrative, technical, human, and financial requirements) at the Public Health Institution of Proximity in Achacha, as well as identifying the main obstacles facing the use of digitalization in the healthcare sector. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted as it suits the research problem. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool in the field study, which targeted employees at the Public Health Institution of Proximity in Achacha. A sample of 50 employees was selected. The study concluded that digitalization in the healthcare sector has a significant positive impact on improving the quality of healthcare services at the institution.
