Approche «Ecotourisme » Pour une revisite de l’interface Ville-Mer « Cas du village Touristique : Es-Safir »

Abstract

En Algérie, le tourisme a vécu deux évènements intéressant, d’abord son ouverture à l’investissement privé, ensuite l’obligation de se conformer à la réglementation liée au développement durable et la protection de l’environnement. Toutefois, dans la précipitation des évènements, peu de réalisations touristiques ont pu se conformer à la législation stricte, préférant se fondre dans un certain laxisme largement partagé. Aussi, le tourisme balnéaire, est le type de tourisme où le désordre, dans le domaine évoqué, est criard. Aujourd’hui, après relativement deux décennie d’investissement dans le domaine touristique, il est temps de revoir, d’évaluer et de corriger la vision du tourisme balnéaire par rapport à la protection de son environnement fragile. Ainsi, pour cela, notre mémoire prétend pouvoir revisiter une installation touristique existante, il s’agit du « Centre touristique balnéaire Es-Safir » situé sur les plages de Ben Abdelmalek Ramdane. Le but visé est d’établir un état des lieux, notamment par rapport au degré de respect des normes liées à la protection de l’environnement, ensuite dégager les aménagements favorables à la réalisation d’un centre de vacances durable, dans le sens terminologique du terme. Ceci dit, notre proposition restera un modèle pour Une mise en conformité des différentes installations balnéaires en Algérie.Abstract In Algeria, tourism has experienced two interesting events, first, its openness to the private investment, second, the obligation to comply with the regulations related to sustainable development and the protection of the environment. However, in the rush of events, a few tourism achievements were able to comply with strict legislation, preferring to blend in a certain laxity widely shared. Also, the seaside tourism; the type of tourism where the disorder, in the evoked field is screaming. Today, after relatively two decades of investment in the tourism sector, it is time to review, evaluate and correct the vision of seaside tourism in relation to the protection of its weak environment. Thus, our memory claims to be able to revisit an existing tourist facility. It is the "Tourist resort center Es-Safir" located on the beaches of Ben Abdelmalek Ramdane. The aim is to establish an inventory, in particular with regard to the degree of compliance with the standards related to the protection of the environment, then, to identify the favorable developments for the realization of a sustainable holiday center in the terminological sense. of the term that said our proposal will remain a model for a compliance of different seaside facilities in Algeria
