Abstract

Ce mémoire traite de la valorisation architecturale de la Place du 1er Novembre par l’ajout d’un parc public et la création d’un pigeonnier en béton de terre. Le projet vise à réutiliser les espaces vides urbains, une problématique fréquente en Algérie, en transformant ces zones sous-utilisées en lieux publics fonctionnels et esthétiques. En intégrant un parc et une tour de pigeonnier, le projet cherche à revivifier l’espace tout en préservant les valeurs culturelles et historiques du site. La conception s'appuie sur une approche durable et éco-responsable, où l'utilisation du béton de terre favorise l'harmonie entre l’architecture et la nature. Ce projet offre ainsi une réponse innovante pour revitaliser les espaces urbains sous-exploités, tout en apportant un cadre de vie agréable et fonctionnel pour les habitants.

This thesis addresses the architectural enhancement of the Place du 1er Novembre through the addition of a public park and the creation of a pigeon tower made of earthen concrete. The project aims to repurpose urban voids—a common issue in Algeria—by transforming underused areas into functional and aesthetic public spaces. By integrating a park and a pigeon tower, the project seeks to revitalize the space while preserving the site's cultural and historical values. The design is based on a sustainable and eco-responsible approach, where the use of earthen concrete promotes harmony between architecture and nature. This project thus offers an innovative solution to revitalize underutilized urban spaces while providing a pleasant and functional living environment for residents.

يتناول هذا البحث مسألة التثمين المعماري لساحة 1 نوفمبر من خلال إضافة حديقة عمومية وإنشاء برج للحمام مصنوع من خرسانة التراب. يهدف المشروع إلى إعادة استغلال الفراغات الحضرية، وهي إشكالية شائعة في الجزائر، من خلال تحويل هذه المساحات غير المستغلة إلى أماكن عمومية وظيفية وجمالية. ومن خلال دمج حديقة وبرج للحمام، يسعى المشروع إلى إحياء الفضاء مع الحفاظ على القيم الثقافية والتاريخية للموقع. يستند التصميم إلى مقاربة مستدامة وصديقة للبيئة، حيث يعزز استخدام خرسانة التراب الانسجام بين العمارة والطبيعة. يقدم هذا المشروع حلاً مبتكرًا لإعادة تأهيل الفضاءات الحضرية غير المستغلة، مع توفير بيئة معيشية مريحة وعملية للسكان
