The shipping industry is considered the currently industry, and the efficiency of performance is measured on the basis of the quality of services offered in the context of international trade, where the presence of a national naval fleet would impact on overall economic activity, the same to the functioning of ports and its performance and organization of operations. When ever the sophisticated infrastructure works through logistics chain trace of modern techniques, especially if the state is featuring of a privileged geographical location (Algeria as a case), the state will occupy a bigger share of world trade.
