dc.description.abstractUrinary tract infections (UTIs) in children are a real problem in pediatrics. And the prevalence of this disease depends on multiple factors including age and sex. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study carried out at the AINTEDLES-MOSTAGANEM hospital laboratory of 50 patients, and the purpose of this work is to study the frequency and distribution of bacteria and their resistance profile in order to support the treatment recommendations. And have found among the results that the percentage of UTI is 38% tell that E. coli is the most responsible bacterium for infection with 85%, 10% klebsiella and 5% staphylococci .and the resistance of this last of antibiotics showed an increase for most antibiotic, and the girl is much more touch than the boy . In conclusion the high incidence of urinary tract infection and antibiotic resistance bacteria on the early diagnosis of these cases and antibiotic selection on the bottom of the antibiotic sensitivity test.en_US
