Abstract

A whole of criteria of reproduction was analysed in Relizane area, considered to be part of the Algerian northwestern dairy basin, in particular: the interval calving-calving (CCI), calving-first insemination interval (CFI1) and the calving-fecundating covering interval (CFCI) and to highlight the influence of epigenetics on these parameter. In the light of the results obtained, it appears that breeding management in farms is outside the generally accepted standards, the CFCI is relatively respected, expresses an average of 90 days, feeding and husbandry conditions Has a significant influence on reproductive parameters due to epigenetics.
