يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الإنتقاء الرياضي للاعبي كرة القدم فئة أقل من 13 سنة، ومعرفة مستوى معرفة المدربين بمفهوم الإنتقاء الرياضي وأهم المعايير المعتمدة. ولأجل ذلك إتبعنا المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح بالإعتماد على إستبيان موجه للمدربين، حيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (44) مدرب يمثلون نسبة (28.02%) من مجتمع البحث الكلي. وتمثلت أهم نتائج البحث في أن المدربين يعتمدون في عملية الإنتقاء الرياضي للاعبي كرة القدم فئة أقل من 13 سنة على أسس علمية ومعايير موضوعية، كما يملكون معرفة جيدة بمفهوم الإنتقاء الرياضي وأسسه العلمية. Title: The Reality of Sports Talent Identification for Under-13 Football Players This study aimed to investigate the reality of sports talent identification for under-13 football players and to determine coaches' level of knowledge regarding the concept of sports talent identification and the main criteria adopted during the selection process. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey method and used a questionnaire administered to football coaches. The study sample consisted of 44 coaches, representing 28.02% of the total study population. The findings revealed that coaches rely on scientific principles and objective criteria when selecting under-13 football players. The results also indicated that coaches possess a good level of knowledge regarding the concept of sports talent identification and its scientific foundations.
