Comportement de l’Atriplex canescens dans les sols salés de la plaine de la Mina (W. Relizane).

Abstract

The objective of this work and to investigate the effect of salinity on changes and physiological responses of a halophyte "AtriplexeCanescens (Pursh) .Nutt", and to study the effect of this plant on the physicochemical properties of the salt soils of the plain of La Mina (Relizane). This study was carried out in the field on a private farm, located in the El Matmar area (Relizane).In order to conduct our experiment we divided the experimental plot. The two parcels obtained concern the "control" plot and the other plot relates to the plot "Treated" by the Atriplexecanescence. We then placed 03 sampling profiles, at the level of each plot, for the follow-up of the experiment. In each profile, soil sampling is carried out up to a depth of 1 meter (0 - 25cm, 25-50cm, 50-75cm and 75-100cm) using soil auger. Also around each profile three samples, at the plant level, were made (roots, stems and leaf) with three repetitions. Thus, 48 soil samples and 18 plant samples were taken from two surveys and analyzed in the laboratory.
