In the context of enhancing the value of natural resources, Fractions of ethanol extracts from leaves, flowers and twigs of the plant Thymelaea hirsuta L, Were tested to estimate their contents of phenolic compounds and evaluate their antioxidant activities. Phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity (DPPH and ABTS) fractions prepared with solvents with increasing polarities; Chloroform, Ethyl Acetate, and n-Butanol, were photometrically assayed. The results show a richness of the n-butanol fraction of the CPT flowers (324.8 ± 6.95 mg EAG / g Lyo). While flavonoids and flavonols are more abundant in that of ethyl acetate of the leaves; 803 ± 4.78 and91.125 + 0.73mg ER / g. Lyo., Respectively. The evaluation of the antioxidant power tested by both methods revealed, in vitro, potent capacities. The ethyl acetate fraction of the leaves appears to be more antioxidant with 96.24% inhibition of the ABTS radical, at 2 mg / ml lyophilisate.en_US
