واقع التدريب الرياضي للفئات الشبانية في الرابطة الجهوية سعيدة لكرة القدم -تيارت نمودجا

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على واقع التدريب الرياضي في الرابطة الجهوية سعيدة (تيارت ) للفئات الشبانية لكرة القدم ، و قد اشتملت عينة دراستنا على (06) مدربين للتجربة الاستطلاعية و (30) مدرب للدراسة الأساسية ، تم اختيارها بشكل مقصود من مدربين الرابطة الجهوية سعيدة لكرة القدم للفئات الشبانية (ولاية تيارت ). استخدم الطالبان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لمعالجة مشكلة الدراسة ، حيث اعتمدنا على استمارة الاستبيان . بعد المعالجة الإحصائية توصلنا إلى أن أندية الرابطة الجهوية سعيدة (ولاية تيارت) لكرة القدم تعاني من قصور في المرافق التدريبية اللازمة ونقص كبير في الدعم والوسائل الحديثة وضعف في الهياكل التنظيمية والموارد المالية. // // // // // / Our study aims to identify the reality of sports training in the Saida Regional Association (Tiaret) for youth soccer groups, and our study sample included (06) coaches for the exploratory experiment and (30) coaches for the main study, purposefully selected from the coaches of the Saida Regional Association for youth soccer groups (Tiaret Province). The students used the descriptive survey method to address the issue of the study, where we relied on the questionnaire form. After statistical processing, we concluded that the clubs of the Saida Regional Football Association (Tiaret Province) suffer from inadequate training facilities, lack of support and modern means, and weaknesses in organizational structures and financial resources.
