Abstract

This studywascarried out in the region of Mostaganem (daira of Achaacha and Sidi lakhdar. Wefollowed 8 farms in the region. The information collected relates to the management of reproduction and the health of 65 dairycows. The resultsobtained show thatcowswere bred an average of 130.45 daysaftercalving and werefertilized on average166.62 ± 25.45 days postpartum.45.32% of cowswerepregnantafter the first IA. Analysis of variance shows thatclinicalmastitis affects the reproductive performance of cowsmonitored. Cowswithclinicalmastitis have very long intervalscompared to the acceptednorm
