الاقبال على مهنة التعليم بين الاختبار الطوعي والاضطرار دراسة سوسيولوجية على مستوى ثانويات مستغانم

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة التي تمت على التعليم الثانوي بولاية مستغانم تهدف الى تحديد العوامل التي دفعت الاساتذة الى اختبار مهنة التعليم ولاستكمال هذا البحث تم جمع المعطيات باستعمال اداة البحث تمثلت في الاستبيان وردت على 1555 استاذا ولقد كشفت الدراسة عن تداخل العديد من العوامل ابرزها العوامل المتعلقة بفرصة العمل لعدم توفر البديل .والعوامل الخارجية بما فيها امتيازات المهنة والمكانة الاجتماعية لتاتي بعد ذلك العوامل Absractبما فيها امتيازات المهنة والمكانة الاجتماعية لتاتي بعد ذلك العوامل الغيرية وداخلية المنشا كما ان التاثير بالمحيط كان له دور فعال في عملية اختيار مهنة التعليم This study aims to determine the factors that motivated teachers at secondary school to choose teaching profession as a career. A questionnaire was completed by 155 teachers. Results revealed that job opportunity, because of the lack of alternatives, is considered as one among the main factors that motivated teachers to practise this profession. Gender impacts deeply career choice and Extrensic factors, particularly "social status of the profession" and "variety of benefits" were given high weight . Other factors were taken into consideration these are Altruistic and Intrinsic ones and influence by others. Key words : career choice, teaching , factors, teachers, alternative.
