Abstract

Biological analyzes have a central role to play from the point of view of health economics and the follow-up, even the reduction of health expenditure. This is the set of procedures ensured by the use of normal control serum on a permanent basis to detect and correct the error that may taint the results of biological examinations. This is to learn about the quality of an analytical process and the uncertainty affecting the results, with the aim of a good interpretation concerning the clinical condition of patients ,Considering the importance of normal control serum, I made a component questionnaire of 13 questions addressed to the 22 technical personnel and two statistical studies in order to determine the importance of using control serum, the first study containing a control of daily quality and the second study contain quality control within the six laboratories (EPSP - EPH Bouguirat, EPSP - EPH Mesra, EPSP Siret and the private laboratory of Dr. MAMMERI in Mesra, Mostaganem) ,The first study was carried out by a preparation of daily normal control sera; during a period from February 06, 2023 to March 05, 2023 devoted to the study of certain requested samples ,The second study was carried out on the first and second day of the current month of March, it consists of measuring the blood sugar of the same sample in six (06) deferent laboratories ,The hypothesis formulated for my main objective is the use of normal control serum in the biological analyzes is for a good credibility of the results for a good interpretation in relation to the clinical state of the patients.
