The objective of this work is to study the antimicrobial power of the fruit extract of Annona cherimola from France against 06 microorganisms tested: Bacillus cereus ATCC 10876, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 33862. The results are expressed as the diameter of the inhibition zones by AWDT well diffusion test and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination. The results of the AWDT test revealed the following diameters in decreasing order, with Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 (42.00 ± 00.00 mm) and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 (34 ± 00.00 mm). No antimicrobial activity was noted with Bacillus cereus strains ATCC 10876, and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 33862. The highest minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was recorded with Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 (45 ± 00.00) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 (43 ± 00.00). These results suggest the possibility of using Annona cherimola extract as a treatment against certain bacterial infections or even certain mycosisen_US
