Résumé:
Petroleum hydrocarbons are very harmful organic pollutants for both humans and the environment.of course, some of them may be highly toxic because of their mutagenic and / or carcinogenic properties.
The biological depollution of these products requires micro organisms capable of degrading these pollutants. The addition of bio- surfactants makes it possible to release the adsorbed fractions on the particles of the soil making them soluble and available foe the micro-organisms and thus improving the efficiency of the biodegradation. As souch, the goal of our work is to evaluate the biodegradation capabilite of crude oil through inoculation with microbial strains isolated by the enrichessement technique from contaminated from the raffinery Arziw (Algeria)
The ability of isolated of isolated strains to degrade crute oil was performed in a liquid MSM medium, by measuring optical density, microbial concentration (UFC /ml ) and also on solid MSM medium to observe areas of degradation.
The results of the biodegradation test make it possible to obtain 17 layers that have grown in the presence of crude oil, 14 isoltates that have just ,made biodegradation zones and 13 strains to grow and zones of degradation at the same time.
