Résumé:
Serological diagnosis of toxoplasmosis is essentially based on the determination of IgG and IgM antibodies, the determination of the type of infection varies according to the standards of IgG and IgM antitoxoplasmic. The results of the experiment conducted on the 100 pregnant women by looking for the greed of IgG and IgM antitoxoplasmic showed that most of the pregnant women present to perform toxoplasmic serology are primiparous, among them 40% of pregnant women presented a positive serology against 60% having a negative serology. A serological test is recommended early or when the pregnancy is declared, in order to avoid possible seroconversion and foetal transmission, which is responsible for serious consequences (abortion, prematurity, malformation, etc.).
