A healthy diet is defined as the consumption of a variety of foods, which provide the body with many important nutrients to maintain the body's health, have the energy it needs and feel healthy. The exact components of a healthy, balanced diet differ from person to person depending on gender, level of physical activity and lifestyle. The aim of our work is to describe the normal daily diet and eating behavior of school-aged Algerian children, aged 6 to 12, using data analysis. The results obtained from our survey, show that there is a part of the pupils who suffer from obesity and overweight, by the fact that they consume large quantities of sweets, they are based in their meals on the fast Food. This unbalances the food ration. They are in lack of physical activities such as sports which is replaced by video games, television), which push them to consume large quantities of food and to snack.
