Résumé:
Through microorganisms, bacteria are responsible for a large part of human infectious diseases and they have developed a large number of resistance to antibiotics which makes their elimination more and more difficult.
Patient care will be effective if the agent causing the infection is identified quickly and accurately. For this many techniques and methods have been developed by researchers around the world. The techniques will be of the traditional type in this case they will be time consuming and in some cases will give imprecise results. One can also use sophisticated techniques which can be immunological or molecular in which case the identification of the pathogen will in most cases be precise and there is a considerable time saving, even in some they can be very expensive.
