Résumé:
Angina (acute tonsillitis) is an inflammation of the tonsils and / or pharynx. It is common, especially in children; Angina is an acute infectious disease characterized by palatine tonsillitis. Viruses are the most common causes of sore throats in children, but bacteria are 20 to 50% more dangerous than tonsillitis is strep throat. . Mainly beta-hemolytic group A streptococci. It has different symptoms, causes, types, and even different treatments for this disease.
The aim of our work is to search for and study bacterial infection of angina pectoris and to identify the infection. This study relates to the study of group A streptococcus bacteria, as well as the evaluation and examination of the microbiological activity of the bacterium.
We then purified our isolates with blood agar, followed by standard microbiological identification tests. The last test is the antibiotic susceptibility test
The microbiological analysis showed the presence of streptococcus bacteria and the identification analysis showed the presence of a group A streptococcus species
Demonstration of antibiotic (antibiotic) resistance showed that SGA is susceptible to ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, penicillin and oxacillin. And erythromycin resistance
SGA is a pathogenic bacterium that causes angina pectoris infection, is sensitive to many antibiotics, and resistant to others
