Résumé:
This study aims to explore the antibacterial activity of lactic acid bacteria with probiotic
potential against pathogens.
The bacterial strains used in this study were isolated from traditional fermented milk, Raib.
After their isolation, characterization and identification by physiological, biochemical and
technological methods, the strains were evaluated for their antimicrobial property against
pathogenic germs by different methods : disc method, the spot-on-lawn method and the agar
diffusion method. The results showed that the antagonist activity of lactic acid bacteria by the
disc and spot-on-lawn methods is stronger against Gram-negative bacteria, while with the
agar diffusion method shows a large inhibitory spectrum against Gram-positive bacteria.
