Résumé:
Health organisations have a special character that distinguishes their human
resources from other organisations for many considerations. The equal member
administrative committee plays a major role in protecting the employee from
the abuse of the administration and is a strategic partner in the management and
according to the Algerian legislation and law, administrative decisions related
to the career path of employees cannot be taken at all without referring to the
equal member administrative committee and the commitment by its decisions,
as the institution is obligated to announce elections and appoint the
representative of the administration and referring to the committee in most
matters concerning to employees. The constant vigilance of this committee
over the interests of the health organisation’s workers has a great role in
achieving their satisfaction, which raises performance and thus increases the
quality of health care services provided to patients and reaches with it to
achieve the organisation’s strategic goals.
