Abstract

This present study is devoted to the study of the valuation of date stone of the Deglet-Nour variety and their antimicrobial effects We studied the morphology of nuclei (length, width, weight), moisture content and physicochemical characteristics The studied extract contains phenolic compounds which are attributed various bactericidal activities for the species Escherichia coli. And bacteriostatic activity for the three species Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas and Enterobacterium.
