Résumé:
We have established the resistance profile of 6 strains of lactic acid bacteria against 3
antibiotics from different families.
Our study was initially devoted to the identification of the genera of lactic acid bacteria used
based on certain morphological and biochemical characteristics. The identification results make it
possible to classify these Gram-positive and catalase-negative lactic strains which bear the form
of bacilli.
Antibiogram test results show that all lactic strains have an inhibitory effect on a single
antibiotic (cefotaxime) with very large inhibition zone diameters of up to 50 mm.
