Résumé:
The extraction and purification of nucleic acids are important steps in most research in molecular biology. The objective of this work was to isolate DNA by the Salting-out technique, for this, we were interested in its extraction from the blood of the species: Human, Poultry and Bovine. We collected in different structures at Mostaganem, 7 blood samples of EDTA tubes from the three species studied. In order to implement an ideal protocol for each species, we carried out the DNA extractions using a standard protocol available within the Molecular and Cellular Genetics Laboratory at the University of Science and Technology of Oran. Then, an optical assay was made at the laboratory of Biochemistry 1 at the University of Mostaganem to analyze the quality and the quantity of the DNA extracted. The DNA extraction results from the 3 selected species allowed us to observe different quality jellyfish like cloud. The degree of purity of the DNA extracted varied between 0.2 and 2.65 and the DNA concentration varied between 0.2 and 0.7 ug / ul. In perspective, it would be interesting to review certain stages of DNA extraction in order to improve the quality of the redacted jellyfish and the purity ratio.
