Résumé:
The Sea has always been the site of pollution by hydrocarbons, which has a negative impact on the natural balance of the aquatic environment and can cause serious environmental problems.
Our research focuses on the study of biodegradation as a natural method to eliminate this pollutant and as a means to combat pollution.
The strains of Pseudomonas aeroginosas, Choleric Vibrio, Staphylococcus sp and Streptococcus
Sp isolated from the Hyproc port station of Arzew , have demonstrated their abilities to adapt and
absorb a high concentrations of hydrocarbons such as Arzew oil and Hassi Massaoud oil, as well as their role in oil processing and degradation of thes pollutants.
