Résumé:
The ability of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) to solubilize phosphate is considered
one of the most important traits associated with plant nutrition. In our study, 26 isolates of
rhizospheric bacteria were obtained. These isolates were evaluated for their ability to solubilize
tricalcium phosphate. The study of phosphate solubilization in liquid medium showed that the
maximum solubilization rate was observed in isolate TP1 (6.5 μg/mL).
