Résumé:
The aphid remains the most feared pest by the farmers, the intensive use of the chemical synthesis insecticide has brought on a biosphere and the food chain contamination as well as resistant insects appearance. The toxic plants represent an immense tank of potential compouds attributed to secondary metabolites which have the advantage to be of a great diversity of a chemical structure and they possess a wide range of biological activities such as insectucidal activity. It is in this way where our work is carried out in order to evaluate the insecticide impact of toxic plant N. oleander. The rests use the insecticidal properties of the peppermint extracts of the N. oleander obtained by extraction by soxhlet. They are used in pulverization and act by a contact on the aphids, so that to try to limit their developments. The results of insecticidal tests have shown that the dilutions 30, 40 and 50% have been retained as being the most efficient among the other tested dilutions. The used products issued of the toxic plant N. oleander has an insecticidal activity which is surely. This leads us to say that the studied plant is promising as a source of bio insecticides and is ready for investigations in biological fighting domain
