Résumé:
Our study resulted in the isolation and purification of 8 strains of lactic acid bacteria from milk from hay-fed cows in Hadjaj, Mostaganem and 9 strains from cows fed with silage in Hassi Mamache, as well as 7 strains Isolated from silage from the operation of the ITA, Mostaganem.
The purpose of this work is to verify the influence of diet on the dairy microbial ecosystem (Robinson, 2002).
We have come to the conclusion that despite the difference in feeding, the predominance of Lactococcus is demonstrated, especially in the presence of silage.
