Tea and coffee stimulate health-intensive drinks. Most of its beneficial effects are due to phenolic compounds called catechins, a natural source of antioxidants that reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and have anti-cancer properties. . The goal of our master's work is to determine plasma levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL and some levels of red blood cells such as red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit, in men who consume tea and coffee (3)Cups/days and non-consumer control men to see the effect of tea and coffee consumption on human health. Our results show that plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly decreased among men who consume tea compared to non-consumer controls, and the same thing for plasma
HDL and LDL levels that are significantly decreased between the groups of men drinking tea and non-consuming witnesses. And about the coffee our results show that plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly increased among men who consume the compared to non-consumer controls, and the same thing for plasma HDL and LDL levels that are significantly increased between the groups of men drinking the and non-consuming witnesses. Moreover, for the hematological parameters, our results show no significant difference In conclusion, the daily consumption of tea induces a hypolipidemic effect and hyperlipidimiant effect for the coffee, and that these wonderful beverages are rich by bioactive constituents who are beneficial for men’s health but it must be consumed with moderation
