Résumé:
The present study was conducted to test the plant's ability to reform
and saline soils contaminated with heavy metals through absorption and
accumulation in root and leaf, we used in this research adaptable plant with
the salinity of the plant (Atriplex canescens)
It has been watering this plant for a month by solvents sodium
chloride two deferent concentration (5 and 30g /l) and the copper sulfate
increasing concentrations (2000, 2500.3000 ppm), in addition to the
combined effect of these two elements.
At the end of the experiment, we calculated biometric of (leaf area,
length of the rods and root volume) and water standards (the amount of
water, the water content was measured and the ratio of evaporation) and
the metal of (sodium, potassium).
Show us through the results obtained by the emergence of highly
resistant to leaf (cut) up to the extent of concentration of 3000 ppm of
copper sulfate dissolved with concentration of 30 grams per liter and
through the increase in the length of her legs and the evolution length of the
rods and root volume.
sodium ions more potassium ions on the leaves and roots level, this
accumulation varied from concentration to another, both when he was
watering with saline only or metallic or taking part together.
