Résumé:
The present study evaluates the anti-cholesterol properties of green tea in vivo. For this we tried an experiment consisting in causing hypercholesterolemia in normalipid mice at a dose of 10 g / kg of egg yolk to evaluate the anti-cholesterol properties of green tea at 900 mg / kg and 100mg / kg. The results of this experimental study demonstrated the obesity of hyperlipidemic mice compared to the control mice. In addition, lipid profile analysis revealed a marked decrease in lipid parameters such as total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, followed by a significant increase in HDL cholesterol in hyperlipidemic mice treated with Depending on the dose administered. In fact, green tea (Camellia sinensis) used as a treatment, is known by the flavonoid content of which 70% is catechins: on average 200 ml of green tea contain 90 to 110 mg of catechins.
