The study aims to study the role of classroom interaction in improving the speech proficiency of EFL students. The main problem of this work is that students can not use the target language in communication; this implies that there are many causes behind this problem. However, the hypothesis used in this research is that the teaching of oral skills based on classroom interaction will reinforce students' oral skills and reduce their speech difficulties. For this reason, this work studies the relationship between classroom interaction and teaching of speech control. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that classroom interaction techniques can be an effective teaching and learning method for developing learners' speech skills. The required data were collected using the second-year LMD questionnaire in Mostaganem and the teacher questionnaire, which is also sent to the English teachers at Mostaganem University during the year. 2017-2018 academic year. There were enough results on the implementation of classroom interaction in the speaking classes.
