Résumé:
This work examines and clarifies a current situation in multicultural Britain. After the great waves of immigration during history, this issue had taken a completely different position than the one it took at the beginning of the time. This work focuses on the approaches of immigration, brief history of immigration and what the term multiculturalism means as well.
The work also examines life and status of minorities in political, economic and social sphere.
It also tackles the concept of Britishness and the decline of multiculturalism. As well, islamophobia and its effects on multiculturalism and what caused similarly a new approach which is the integration, concludes with the effects of multiculturalism.
