محددات انتقاء الموهوبين في مدارس التكوين الكروية بالغرب الجزائري فئة أقل من 13 سنة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على محددات انتقاء الموهوبين في مدارس التكوين الكروية بالغرب الجزائري لفئة أقل من 13 سنة، واستكشاف أهم المعايير المعتمدة في عملية اختيار الناشئين في كرة القدم، وقد تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 30 مدربًا من مختلف الفئات العمرية في مدارس ولايتي وهران ومستغانم، وذلك بطريقة عشوائية، تم جمع البيانات عن طريق استبيان موجَّه إلى هؤلاء المدربين. بعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أبرزها أن عملية انتقاء اللاعبين الموهوبين في هذه المدارس تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على الجانب المهاري، مقارنة بالجانب البدني، بينما لا يحظى الجانب المورفولوجي بالاهتمام الكافي في عملية الانتقاء، كما أظهرت النتائج غياب التوازن بين هذه الجوانب لدى المدربين في اختيار اللاعبين الأكثر موهبة. وتبيّن أيضًا وجود نقص في الإمكانيات، خاصة الأدوات العلمية الدقيقة لتقييم اللاعبين، مما قد يؤدي إلى إقصاء بعض المواهب قبل بلوغها مرحلة النضج، وتحتاج مدارس التكوين إلى تطوير قدراتها التدريبية، وتبنّي أساليب حديثة في تقييم اللاعبين، مع التركيز على دمج الجوانب البدنية، المهارية، والمورفولوجية لضمان انتقاء أكثر كفاءة. وبناءً على النتائج، توصي الدراسة بجملة من الاقتراحات، من بينها تنظيم دورات تكوينية للمدربين لتوحيد أساليب الانتقاء وفق معايير علمية دقيقة، وتوفير الوسائل والإمكانيات لتقييم الجوانب البدنية (كأجهزة قياس السرعة، التحمل، والقوة)، مع استخدام برامج تحليل الأداء الرياضي لمتابعة تطور اللاعبين وتقييم قدراتهم بدقة. كما تدعو إلى دعم الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بالمحددات العلمية لاكتشاف المواهب في كرة القدم، وتشجيع التعاون بين مدارس التكوين والأندية المحترفة لضمان انتقال الموهوبين إلى المستويات العليا. // // // // //

Determinants of Talent Selection in Football Training Academies in Western Algeria (Under 13 Category) A Field Study in Some Football Schools in the Wilayas of Oran and Mostaganem This study aims to identify the key determinants of talent selection in football training schools in western Algeria for players under the age of 13, and to explore the most important criteria used in selecting young football players. A sample of 30 coaches from various age categories in football schools in the Wilayas of Oran and Mostaganem was randomly selected. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to these coaches. After statistical analysis of the data, the study reached several findings. Most notably, talent selection in these training schools relies heavily on technical skills compared to physical attributes, while morphological characteristics receive less attention in the selection process. The results also revealed an imbalance in how coaches consider these factors when selecting the most talented players. Moreover, the study found a lack of adequate resources, particularly scientific tools for precise player evaluation. This deficiency may lead to the exclusion of some talents before they reach full development. Therefore, football training schools need to improve their training capabilities and adopt modern evaluation methods, with an emphasis on integrating physical, technical, and morphological aspects to ensure more efficient talent selection. Based on the results, the study presents several recommendations, including organizing training workshops for coaches to unify selection methods according to accurate scientific standards, and providing the necessary tools and equipment to assess physical aspects (such as devices for measuring speed, endurance, and strength). Additionally, the use of sports performance analysis software is advised to monitor player development and assess abilities accurately. The study also recommends supporting further research on scientific determinants of talent identification in football and promoting collaboration between training schools and professional clubs to ensure the progression of talented players to higher levels.
