L'INFLUENCE DU DURCISSEUR SUR LE TEMPS DE GEL DU COLLE UREIQUE

Abstract

L’objectif de notre travail, réalises-en étroite collaboration avec le département technique du complexe CP1Z, est d’étudier les performances influence du durcisseur sur le temps de gel, en respectant les spécifications commerciales des produits finis (collants uréiques). Notre démarche de travail comprend deux parties, la première partie porte sur une présentation du complexe CP1Z et des généralités sur les collants uréiques., suivi par procède de fabrication de la résine uréique liquide rul. La seconde partie est consacrée à résultats et discussion. Enfin, nous terminons notre travail par une conclusion dans laquelle les résultats trouves sont récapitules, suivie de quelques recommandations. Abstract: The objective of our work, carried out in close collaboration with the technical department of the CP1Z complex, is to study the performance influence of the hardener on the gel time, respecting the commercial specifications of the finished products (urea adhesives). Our work approach consists of two parts, the first part focuses on a presentation of the CP1Z complex and general information on urea adhesives, followed by the manufacturing process of liquid urea resin rul. The second part is devoted to results and discussion. Finally, we end our work with a conclusion in which the results found are summarized, followed by some recommendations.
