LA MELISSOPALYNOLOGIE ET L’ANALYSES PHYSICOCHIMIQUES DE QUELQUES MIELS DE LA REGION DE MOSTAGANEM

Abstract

In this work, we studied certain physicochemical parameters of honey and a pollen analysis of some samples of the region of Mostaganem in order todetrminate his quality and his floral origin. During our experiment we evaluated the water content with a value ranging from 11.6 to 16.4%, as well as electrical conductivity ranging from 119 to 443μS / cm, and pH values betweene 4.41 and 5.59. A free acidity vary between 15 and 50 meq / kg, a density vary between 1.40 and 1.43 kg / cm 2, the ash content vary from 0.063 to 0.26%, and an HMF content vary between 12.874 mg / kg and 32.484 mg / kg. The Pollen analysis of samples allowed use to identify eight botanical families of the pollen of the dominant families is linaceae, brassicaceae, fabaceae. According to this study the quality of our samples is compared with international standards because there is no legislation specific in Algeria
