Abstract

The objective of this research is to illustrate the importance of internal Strategy Analysis and its role in the improvement of organizational performance in enterprise.This search field has included the study on the enterprise of Sonatrach ; an Algerian economic enterprise that actives in the fuels sector, where we have done a strategic analysis about Sonatrach by focusing on its three components of the organizational structure, the organizational culture and resources, in order to know the strengths and weaknesses of this enterprise and the extent of the contribution of this analysis to improve organizational performance, this through the distribution of the questionnaire of the tires to know and analyze the variables of the study. The results of the study are followed : the enterprise does not analyze the internal environment as it can be done, the organizational performance is good and improved continuously. We propose some recommendations that can contribute to a better internal analysis for this enterprise.
