طرائق التدريس الحديثة ودورها في تنمية كفاءة المعلم

Abstract

تتبلور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع طرائق التدريس ودورها في تنمية كفاءة المعلم، حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى مدخل وفصلين، فالمدخل كان يتحدث بخصوص المفاهيم الأساسية للتعليم والمعلم (تعريفه، أدواره وصفاته) والتدريس(مفهومه، خصائصه ومراحله) والعلاقة بين المعلم والتدريس، أما الفصل الأول فتحدث عن طرائق التدريس والعوامل المؤثرة في اختيارها وتصنيفاتها والقواعد التربوية المستندة إليها وواجبات المعلم في التدريس، على أن يكون الفصل الثاني حول كفايات المعلم ومفهوم المنهج بين القديم والحديث والفرق بينهما بالإضافة إلى استبيان للمعلمين حول تطوير كفاءتهم من خلال طرائق التدريس. This study crystallizes on the subject of teaching methods and their role in developing the competence of the teacher. The study was divided into an introduction and two chapters. Teaching methods and the factors influencing their choice and classifications and the educational rules based on them and the duties of the teacher in teaching, provided that the second chapter is about the teacher’s competencies and the concept of the curriculum between the old and the modern and the difference between them, in addition to a questionnaire for teachers about developing their competence through teaching methods
