Abstract

This study deals with the human resources management in the public institution because it is considered as an essential element in the organization works and its development . also ; it works on realizing the desired objective for the public institution .based on that ; we have done an empirical study in the taxes centre in the wilaya of mostaganem ; to know the great role the human resources play in the public institutions.
