Abstract

Management control is one of the important mechanisms that assist an organization in achieving its goals and controlling its operational performance. This research aims to clarify the role of the accounting expert in activating the management control system within the organization. Through theoretical and practical study and the use of tools such as observations and analysis, based on a field study at the office of the accounting expert gaddel mohamed, we have reached several important conclusions: The accounting expert contributes to preventing and reducing errors through monitoring and evaluating the management control system. Furthermore, we found that the role of the accounting expert contributes to goal achievement by establishing a proper and effective organizational structure. Management control is a vital tool for success and improving organizational performance, and accounting experts should focus on activating and continuously developing this system
