OPTIMISATION DES PARAMETRES DE FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA COLONNE DU DEBUTANISEURE F751 DU COMPLEXE GNL1/Z

Abstract

Dans ce travail, nous présentons une étude d’optimisation des paramètres de fonctionnement de la colonne débutaniseur F751 du complexe GNL1/Z, dont l’objectif est l’amélioration de la qualité des produits de tête et de fond du cette colonne. La réalisation de cette optimisation a été menée à l’aide du logiciel de simulation HYSYSV3.7 en utilisant le modèle thermodynamique Peng-Robinson qui est un modèle adéquat pour l’étude du comportement des gaz. Notre procédure de simulation a été validée en comparant les résultats obtenus par notre simulation avec les données du design. Les paramètres ont été estimés en étudiant l’influence des températures de fond et de tête sur la composition des produits pour différent valeur de taux de reflux. ABSTRACT In this work, we present a study to optimize the operating parameters of the Debutanizer F751 column of the complex GNL1/Z , the objective of which is to improve the quality of the top and of the botom of the Column. Composition this optimization was carried out using the HYSYS V3.7 simulation software using the Pang-Robinson thermodynamic model, which is a suitable model for the study of the behavior of gases. Our simulation procedure was validated by comparing the results obtained by our Simulation with the design. The new parameters were estimated by studying the influence of the temperatures on the composition of the product in the top and the bottom of the column for different values of reflux rate. الملخص في هذا العمل ،نقدم دراسة لتحسين معاير التشغيل لعمود التقطير ديبوتانيزرF751 للمكرب GNL1/Z الهدف منها تحسين نوعية الانتاج. وقد تم هذا التحسين باستخدام برنامج محاكاة HYSYS باستخدام النموذج الحراري بنغ-روبنسون وهو النموذج المناسب لدراسة سلوك الغازات. تم التحقق من اجراءات المحاكاة لدينا بمقارنة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من المحاكاة مع بينات التصميم وقد تم تقدير المعايير الجديدة من خلال دراسة تأثير درجة الحرارة في اعلى واسفل العمود التقطير F751 على تكوين المنتجات من اجل عدة قيم لمعدل الجزر.
