خصوصيات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي

Abstract

يعد التعليم من الوسائل الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وذلك من خلال توجيه القدرات ونشر المعرفة ورفع المستوى التعليمي لأفراد المجتمع، لذلك فإن معظم الدول اليوم تركز على تطوير وتحسين التعليم عموما والتعليم العالي خصوصا، وذلك بإتباع وتبني أحسن المداخل والأساليب ولعل أهمها إدارة الجودة الشاملة. إن تبني مؤسسات التعليم العالي لمدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة والتي تختلف جذريا عن البيئة التي ظهر فيها هذا المدخل تفرض بالضرورة إتباع مسار إجرائي مختلف يأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات هذه المؤسسات مع الحفاظ على ذات الأهداف المنشودة من تطبيق هذا المدخل.

Education is the primary means to achieve development in various economic, social and cultural fields, and through the steering capabilities and disseminate knowledge and raise the educational level of the people. Therefore, most states today focuses on the development and improvement of education in general and higher education in particular, through the adoption of best approaches and methods which TQM is most important. The adoption of higher education institutions to the total quality management approach, which are radically different from the environment in which this approach arose necessarily impose a different procedural path that takes into account the specificities of these institutions while maintaining the objectives of the application of this approach.
