In this study, we sought to identify two modern concepts in management, empowerment, and excellence, and try to combine them on the assumption that empowerment is an important factor in achieving excellence. The study included indicating that empowerment is an important administrative direction that has evolved into giving power and power, which requires the availability of equally important dimensions such as effective leadership, flexible horizontal structures, and the psychological readiness of workers to assume responsibility and work as a team. Which achieves the goals of all actors, and therefore it is based on several dimensions such as leadership, workers, strategy, organizational structure and culture. In this study we relied on extrapolating some previous studies, and extracting results from them, and concluded that most of the studies that examined the proposed hypothesis emphasized the effective role of empowering workers and work teams in the organization’s excellence, as empowerment in its various dimensions is among the basic keys that achieve distinction. The organization also recommends consolidating the concept of empowerment through effective leadership, decentralized organizational structures, and working individuals filled with a desire for excellence.en_US
