dc.description.abstractTraining and development activities are among the most important pillars that affect raising the efficiency and performance of human resources, which are an important component of the institutions’ resources, and originally one of the most important assets they own, which makes many successful institutions interested in training operations with the aim of improving performance and developing the capabilities of their working cadres in pursuit of them. In increasing efficiency and effectiveness and developing the means of work to increase .productivity This study aimed to measure the impact of training and development on the performance of employees at the "Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University - Mostaganem -", in order to identify the impact of appropriate training programs on improving employee performance, and to show the relationship between identifying employee training needs that fit their job tasks and specializations and the training and development methods that increase the actual performance that the training seeks to achieveen_US
