Abstract

This dissertation examines the impact of digitization on efficiency and productivity in organizations, focusing on a case study of the Local Development Bank (BDL) in Mostaganem. It covers the theoretical framework of digitization, including its definitions, origins, importance, and objectives, as well as the study of job performance and its influencing factors. The dissertation also explores the challenges faced by organizations in the digital transformation process and how to overcome them, providing recommendations for organizations aiming to adopt digitization strategies.
