Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the internal and external quality of eggs in terms of composition and conformation of two strains of industrial turkey, the conservation effect on egg quality and hatching. A total of 336 eggs were used in this study. The eggs of strain B had a weight, length, circumference, weight of yellow, yellow diameter, white weight and white height (P <0.001) to the eggs of strains A.
